How much is delivery?
$5 flat delivery across Lebanon. It is one fee per order, the same whether the order holds one toy or ten. You see it in your cart as its own line, before you reach checkout, and it is included in the total you pay. There is nothing to work out by weight, by size or by area: one order, one fee.
Where do you deliver?
$5 flat delivery across Lebanon. At checkout you choose your area from the list (Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, Akkar, Bekaa, Baalbek-Hermel, South Lebanon and Nabatieh), then give an address the courier can find: street, building and floor, plus a landmark or a gate colour if it helps. If you are not sure whether we reach your address, ask us on WhatsApp at +961 79 30 81 41 before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2 to 4 days. Toy Gate contacts you on the number you give at checkout to confirm the delivery. If you need the order by a particular date, for a birthday or a holiday, tick "This is a gift" at checkout and fill in "Needed by", so the shop sees it before anything goes out, and order at least 2 to 4 days ahead.
Will someone call me before delivery?
Yes. Toy Gate contacts you on the number you give at checkout to confirm the delivery. That is why the phone number is required at checkout, and why it helps to give one you will answer. The call is the moment to mention anything the courier should know, such as the best time to come or how to find the building. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +961 79 30 81 41.
What happens after I place my order?
You see a confirmation page with your order reference, so keep it for any question about the order. Toy Gate contacts you on the number you give at checkout to confirm the delivery. The courier then brings the order to the address you gave. With cash on delivery, you pay the courier when it reaches you. For anything in between, message us on WhatsApp at +961 79 30 81 41 with your reference.
Can I visit the shop instead?
Yes. Our shop is on Eastern Boulevard, Saida, open 10am to 7pm in winter. You can walk in, see the toys on the shelves and buy there and then. If you would rather ask first whether a particular toy is on the shelf today, message us on WhatsApp at +961 79 30 81 41 before you set out.
