$5 flat delivery across Lebanon. Toy Gate ships within Lebanon only. Here is where we deliver, what it costs and how it works.

Where we ship
We deliver all over Lebanon: Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North Lebanon, Akkar, Bekaa, Baalbek-Hermel, South Lebanon and Nabatieh. We do not ship outside Lebanon. At checkout you choose your area and give an address the courier can find.
If you are not sure whether we reach your address, message us on WhatsApp at +961 79 30 81 41 before you order.
Shipping cost
$5 flat delivery across Lebanon. It is one fee per order, the same whether the order holds one toy or ten, and it is shown as its own line in the total before you confirm.
How long delivery takes
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days. If you need it by a particular date, for a birthday or a holiday, order early and tell us when we contact you to confirm.
How delivery works
After you place your order, Toy Gate contacts you on the number you gave to confirm the order and the delivery. The courier then brings the order to your address. With cash on delivery, you pay the courier when the order reaches you.
You can open the parcel and check the toys at the door. If something is damaged or wrong, see our Returns and Refund Policy.
You can also buy in person at our shop on Eastern Boulevard, Saida, open 10am to 7pm in winter.
Outside Lebanon, and countries we cannot ship to
Toy Gate sells and delivers only within Lebanon. We do not deliver to any address outside Lebanon.
We do not accept orders from, or deliver to, any country, region or person subject to comprehensive sanctions, including sanctions of the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations and the European Union. This includes, but is not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. In line with Lebanese law, we also do not accept orders from or deliver to Israel.
Our payment provider may refuse or reverse any transaction connected to these countries, regions or persons, and we may cancel any such order.
